Description
These cutters, used for broach cutting, enable efficient and rapid production of large diameter holes, using less energy and achieving quicker penetration with reduced thrust. Unlike solid drills that remove the entire metal, these cutters only take out the hole’s periphery, discharging a slug upon completion. For instance, a solid drill might take 3 minutes and 45 seconds to drill a 1-1/4” hole in a 3/4” plate, whereas a this cutter accomplishes this in just 35 seconds. The 9100SE series cutters come prepackaged with corresponding pins for sizes ranging from 7/16″ to 1-1/2″.
